Is there a free alternative to Hostfully Guidebooks?

Do I need Hostfully PMS to use Hostfully Guidebooks?
No. Hostfully sells Digital Guidebooks as its own product, next to its PMS and Hostfully Devices. It does connect to Hostfully PMS, which is the main reason to choose it if you already use that.
Can I use HelloGuestbook alongside Hostfully PMS?
Yes. Your guidebook is a link, so you can paste it into any message you send guests, including the automated ones in your PMS. There is no integration between the two, so nothing syncs. You keep the guidebook up to date in HelloGuestbook.
Can I move my Hostfully guidebook to HelloGuestbook?
There is no automatic import, so you copy your cards across by hand. Once one guidebook is done, you can duplicate it for your other properties. If you would rather not do it yourself, email support@helloguestbook.com and we will help you move it over.
