Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets the Host plan free for 30 days. Everything is on from day one apart from removing our branding and choosing your own link, which start with your first payment. Nothing is charged when the 30 days end. Your account moves to the Free plan, and we email you before it does.
What is included in the free plan?
One guidebook, and we don't ask for a card. Extra pages keep working at their own link, they just leave the guidebook overview.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your guidebooks will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you can reactivate anytime.
Which plan includes map features?
Both Host and Pro include map integration. Free is designed for a single starter guidebook without premium features.
Can I customize my guidebook link?
Yes. Host and Pro let you choose your own link, like helloguestbook.com/b/sunny-cottage, so it is easy to say out loud and simple to remember. Your original link keeps working alongside it, so QR codes you have already printed and links you have already sent never break.
What is the difference between Host and Pro?
Host includes up to 3 guidebooks and all premium features. Pro includes everything in Host, plus more than 3 guidebooks and priority support.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your account moves back to the Free plan, so paid features pause and anything over the Free limits may be unpublished, but your content stays exactly as you left it. Resubscribe whenever you like and it all comes straight back. We always email you before anything changes, and we only consider removing a guidebook after a long stretch with no visits, edits or sign-ins.
