From your dashboard, create a new guidebook and give it a name. Add your property details and Wi-Fi, then add pages for house rules, check-in, or anything else guests keep asking about. It goes live on its own link straight away, and you can unpublish it again whenever you want.

Every guidebook has its own link and a QR code. Send the link in your Airbnb thread or booking confirmation, or print the QR code and leave it at the property. Guests need no app and no account.

On a paid plan you can replace the generated link with one you pick, so it is easy to say out loud and simple to remember. The original link keeps working, so QR codes you have already printed and links you have already sent never break.

Yes. It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is saved, and decrypted only when your guidebook is served. Worth knowing separately: a published guidebook opens without a login, so anyone you give the link to can read the password. Share the link deliberately, and use your router's guest network if it has one.

No. There is no limit on guests or on visits, so share the link and the QR code as widely as you like.

There is no self-serve export yet. Email support and we will send you a copy of your guidebook content.

Every new account gets the Host plan free for 30 days, so you can try it properly before paying anything. After that you can cancel any time and you won't be billed again. If a payment goes wrong or you were charged by mistake, contact support and we'll make it right.
